Sign Up for English For the Healthcare Professional Assessment will be held Tuesday, August 31 BWH is offering an English as a Second Language program for those interested in advancing their English skills and enhancing their careers. Everyday English, vocabulary, and developmental tools in communication will be the focus of this 15-week course. One class will be held each week for two hours. Day and time TBA. Management of Aggressive Behavior Introductory Course Wednesday, September 1 3:30-6:30 p.m. One Brigham Circle, Fourth floor, Room BC-4-002B BWH Security presents a free MOAB® course on how to recognize and reduce aggressive behavior. Passages: Reflections on Domestic Violence with Tina Nappi Monday, September 13 1-2 p.m. Kessler Health Education Library Join Tina Nappi, director of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Passageway program, for a discussion of Passageway’s new book, Passages: Reflections on Domestic Violence. Passages is an inspiring collection of writings by survivors of domestic violence, advocates and healthcare providers offering hope, empowerment and a call to action.
