Operators’ Work to be Celebrated Next Week
Did you know that BWH operators answer approximately 6,000 calls a day? October 28-November 2 is “National Hospital Operators Week,” which recognizes the efforts of all hospital operators who we depend upon every day to handle a tremendous volume of telephone and paging traffic and to serve as a critical link between physicians, patients and staff. Please take a moment when speaking with a hospital operator to acknowledge their special week of recognition for outstanding service.
