Organizational Development & Learning offers a course on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), an effective tool for learning how to relate to various personality types on your team. Participants will complete an MBTI assessment and learn the strengths and weaknesses of their type and strategies for improving communication and decision-making. The course is Feb. 9, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Register via PeopleSoft and use course code BWHMBT. E-mail training@partners.org with questions.

The Office for Women, Family and Community Programs seeks employees to volunteer for science clubs in nearby elementary schools. Volunteers will guide a group of four students through science projects for 1.5 hours per week every other week for 10 weeks beginning in late February. Thanks to an appreciative BWH blood donor, employees who donate blood in February could win one free roundtrip ticket to anywhere in the continental United States. The raffle honors Mike Lage, RN, of Emergency Medicine, and Sarajune Dagen, RN, of Neurosurgery, for their dedication and service to patients and families. The raffle drawing is Feb. 28.
