Tim Lynch this month was promoted to administrative director of Neurology. He had been serving in this role on an interim basis since June, building from his strong performance as the practice administrator for the departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery.
“I’m excited to take on this leadership role and continue to work with such a talented and motivated team in Neurology to move the department and the Neurosciences forward,” Lynch said.
Since joining Neurology in 2005, Lynch has been instrumental in helping to expand the clinical and research areas and to continue its outstanding residency program. He also has been instrumental in streamlining clinical operations, supporting the recruitment of key clinical staff and helping with the expansion of new programs.
Lynch began his career at BWH in 2000 when he joined the department of Surgery and Nursing as an operations supervisor on the Burn/Trauma inpatient unit. He has an MBA from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University.
