Join the BWH community in honoring Louise Ivers, MD, MPH, of the Division of Global Health Equity and director of Partners In Health, Haiti, who will receive the Thomson Compassionate Leadership Award June 2, at 3 p.m., in Bornstein Amphitheater. A reception will follow in the PBB-Rotunda.
The next healthy cooking and tasting demo focuses on salmon and omega 3s, a bonus for heart health. All are invited to attend May 19, at 2:30 p.m., across from the Gift Shop. This demonstration is sponsored by Nutrition, Food Service and Cardiology.
The BWH Department of Surgery holds a memorial service in honor of Dr. John Collins Friday, May 21, at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Church, Harvard Yard, followed by a reception at the Loeb House, 17 Quincy St. in Cambridge. All are invited to attend.
