By Jan. 15, all medical and professional staff, employees, students, trainees and temporary employees must complete the BWH HIPAA training module in Health Stream or by attending an in-person training session. Sessions are held in Bornstein Amphitheater Jan. 6 at 11 a.m., Jan. 9 and 10 at 10 a.m. and Jan. 13 at 2 p.m., as well as Jan. 10 and 11 at 2 p.m. in Carrie Hall.
