BWH Diaper Drive Many families struggle to afford the basic essentials for their children. One in three moms in the U.S. often has to choose between food and providing other necessities, such as diapers, for her baby. Help BWH's Adolescent Reproductive Health Services help these families by donating diapers of any size during the week of Nov. 17-23. Bins will be located outside of the Shop on the Pike and the 15 Francis St. security desk. All donated diapers will benefit patients in need. For more information, contact Elizabeth Reid at ecreid@partners.org.
Benefits Open Enrollment Open enrollment is the only time-other than a change-of-status event, such as a marriage or birth-when employees can update their benefits selections. You can enroll online via PeopleSoft eBenefits anytime between Nov. 4 and 26 to make your selections. Changes you make during open enrollment will take effect in January 2014. Please review the materials that are mailed to your home address as soon as you receive them. For more information, visit the Benefits website, or contact the Benefits Office at 617-726-8133 or ibenefits@partners.org.
Flu Vaccination Attestation Employees are required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to document in PeopleSoft that they have either received a vaccination or declined to be vaccinated. If you receive your vaccine through BWH Occupational Health clinics or the Peer-to-Peer program, this attestation will be automatically entered into PeopleSoft for you. All other employees must log in to PeopleSoft to document when and where they received flu vaccine, or that they have chosen to decline.
