A new page with customized information for physicians is now available on the hospital’s intranet site (bwhpikenotes.org). The page can be accessed via the intranet home page or directly at http://www.bwhpikenotes.org/newphysicians and contains valuable information for new physicians and all staff. The page is designed to be a resource for physicians to have information available whenever it is needed by using any Partners workstation. The BWH information is available on the new page in addition to department sites on BWH’s internet site (http://www.brighamandwomens.org) and Partners internet sites (http://www.partners.org).

The new physician page of the intranet site includes information on hospital strategy, leadership, and administrative locations. There is information on advanced directives, needle safe policies, JCAHO, volunteer services, and the staff survey. The hospital’s information systems organization and initiatives are also available.
