Beginning January 1, 2005, booking available conference rooms at BWH will be possible online. To learn how to use this Intranet-enabled scheduling function, staff are welcome to attend a presentation Friday, November 19 at 10:30 a.m. in ED Conference Room BP101. There will also be a drop-in workshop at One Brigham Circle Friday, December 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Staff are welcome to come with any questions and learn to use the new scheduling tool. Managers and supervisors are asked to inform those staff members who are most likely responsible for scheduling meetings requiring conference room use.
