Volunteers are needed to read to kindergarten through fifth grade students at the Maurice J. Tobin School. The read-aloud visits are held once a month on Tuesdays, beginning October 22 and running through June. An orientation for book buddies will be held on Tuesday, October 15, from 11 a.m. to noon, at the Tobin school. For more information, contact Angela Covington at ext. 2-5759. Volunteers who speak Spanish are particularly needed.
