As Payroll prepares for W-2 distribution, please review all your personal information in the PeopleSoft system. Confirm your name matches what appears on your Social Security card and review your Social Security number and mailing address (if different from home address). Update your address by Jan. 10 to ensure your W-2 form is mailed to the correct address.

On Jan. 9, at 12:15 a.m., the BWH telephone and voicemail systems will be reinitialized as new hardware is installed to provide telephone and network capacity growth. It will take approximately 90 seconds for telephone service to be restored and 15 minutes for voicemail. During this time, calls in progress will remain working, no dial tone will be available for new calls, emergency phones will be active and voicemail calls will be directed to hospital operators. The Blood Donor Center offers donors who give blood Jan. 2-12 a $5 coupon to the Cafeteria. The first 10 donors daily Jan. 16-31 receive a fleece pullover. Walk-ins are welcome. To make an appointment, e-mail blooddonor@partners.org
The Blood Donor Center thanks the more than 120 people who donated blood last week in support of the holiday blood drive. “Because of those who responded to our appeal, we were able to maintain our blood supply in what has historically been a very critical time,” Andrea Berman, supervisor of Donor Recruitment, said.
