BWH employees who are not covered by collective bargaining agreements are eligible for pay increases between 0 and 5 percent (budgeted at 3 percent) for fiscal year 2008.
BWH operates on a merit system based on an employee’s current performance appraisal and is effective on the quarter-review date. The completion of a written performance evaluation with a Level 3 or higher is required to receive an adjustment in pay. Employees at or above the maximum salary for their pay range may be eligible for a bonus of up to 3 percent on their review date.
“Thank you for all you do to make BWH a great place to work by creating an environment of respect and caring, not only for our patients, but also for one another,” said BWH President Gary Gottlieb, MD, MBA. “Your contributions make us one of the best hospitals in the world.”
Employees should contact their managers if they have questions about the FY 2008 Wage and Salary Program.
