The Department of Nutrition is introducing a new website with up-to-date, scientifically based information, advice, tools and information on how to lose weight and maintain good nutrition for women and their families. The new weight loss support site considers other factors that affect weight management in addition to calories. These are covered in four main sections—Eating, Exercising, Emotion, and Success Strategies.
