BWH President Betsy Nabel, MD, has created a new section on BWHPikeNotes.org to engage with employees.

BWH President Betsy Nabel, MD, has created a new section on BWHPikeNotes.org as a way to engage with as many employees as possible and to inform staff about the activities of the Office of the President. This new section features photo galleries, video updates from Nabel and a Q&A page where she will answer employees' questions about hospital operations, new initiatives and other BWH-related issues.

One of Nabel's goals in establishing this section was to create an opportunity to hear directly from employees and staff when they have questions and concerns.

"I look forward to hearing about issues that are important to you so that we can work together to continually improve across the organization," Nabel said. "Many of you, through the Employee Opinion Survey, indicated that senior leadership should be more accessible. This is one way to open the door to dialogue."

She added, "I truly appreciate the work each person does on behalf of this great academic medical center, and I am excited to hear from you."
