BWH Cardiac Rehabilitation Relocates to Faulkner Campus
As part of the continued integration of care at Brigham and Women’s/Faulkner Hospitals, BWH moved its Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, formerly housed on the 16th floor of the Tower, to Faulkner Hospital’s campus on March 19. Existing cardiac rehabilitation patients will continue to be treated at BWH, while newly referred cardiac rehabilitation patients will be treated at the Faulkner Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. Cardiac testing, formerly conducted on Tower 16, is now located on Tower 3 at BWH. If you have any questions about these moves, please call ext. 7137. HVMA Update
Since HVMA primary care physicians and surgeons joined those at BWH in admitting patients and scheduling surgeries at Faulkner Hospital on February 1, the patient activity at Faulkner continues to grow at a steady pace. During the month of February, 200 admissions and observations were a result of the combined efforts of HVMA and BWH physicians, while 199 surgical procedures resulted.
