"I will go back to spend some quality family time in my splendid Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. More than geographical travel, this is cross-cultural travel. I must periodically reconnect with my true Epicurean self, indulge in political incorrectness (still appreciated overseas as a starting point of fiery debates over long meals) and in small talk on enology and couture. Most of all, I enjoy basking in the most perfect sunshine and in the love of my old family network. Plus, let me share a secret: I get my best new ideas when free diving towards the elusive bottom of our deep blue sea: just a few seconds to ponder at a very high partial pressure of oxygen. A must do for any Harvard surgeon!"
