Mazzawi Returns to NICU

Julianne Mazzawi, MS, RN, in March returned to the NICU as assistant nurse manager. She works in partnership with nurse manager Marianne Cummings, MSN, RN, in leading a team of nurses, unit coordinators and unit service assistants.

Mazzawi previously has held positions at BWH including quality program manager for CWN and nurse manager on CWN-8. She joined the hospital as a NICU staff nurse in 1989.

“I’m excited to be back in the NICU,” she said. “I love working with the babies and parents, as well as a wonderful team of nurses, unit coordinators and unit service assistants, who strive to give the best care to NICU families.”
