BWHers Receive Greater Boston YMCA Achievers Award

Sasha Dubois, BSN, RN, and Janice Little, MBA,
Sasha Dubois, BSN, RN, and Janice Little, MBA, have been recognized for their professional achievements and commitment to community service as recipients of the Greater Boston YMCA Achievers Awards.
A registered nurse on Tower 10AB, Dubois began her career at BWH in 2002 when she enrolled in the Student Success Jobs Program. After graduating from the program, she continued as a business specialist in Emergency Medicine while pursuing her nursing degree at Simmons College. She mentors and tutors students at Simmons College’s Dotson Bridge and Mentoring Program. She is an active member of the New England Regional Black Nurses Association Inc. and the Young Black Women’s Society Inc.
As business manager for the Center for Nursing Excellence, Little manages the financial and administrative operations of the center. She supports employees in the Center for Nursing Excellence and mentors students from high schools throughout Boston in BWH’s Student Success Jobs Program and Human Resources’ Workforce Development Program. Little earned her MBA from Simmons College in 2006 and last year launched a volunteer professional group for Partners employees who have completed their MBA at Simmons College.
Dubois, Little and four other employees from across Partners will be honored at the YMCA Achievers gala in April at the Marriott Copley Place.
