Confidential Employee Survey Coming in June

As part of Brigham and Women’s Hospital ongoing efforts to improve its workplace environment and become an employer of choice, the hospital will roll out the 2010 BWH Employee Opinion Survey, its first since 2004. This confidential employee survey will be distributed to all employees beginning in June. Every employee will be asked to complete the survey either online or in print. Participation is voluntary, and answers are completely confidential.

Human Resources and hospital leaders are working with Morehead Associates, Inc., an independent organization that specializes in this area. To encourage employee participation time will be given during work time to respond. The collective results will be shared with the BWH community Employee ambassadors will provide you with information and answer any questions you may have about the survey and the process.
