OR Stars Come Out at Night

The OR staff in December kicked off the STARS, which stands for stellar, teamwork, attitude, resourceful, supportive, Award to recognize off-shift staff in the OR for their shining commitment to caring for patients.

Ross Quinn, ST, was among the first award recipients. He was selected for his willingness to go above and beyond in helping everyone, including anesthesiologists, surgeons and Environmental Services staff, and for his broad range of knowledge of OR equipment.

“Ross is a real team player, and I know I will have a good case when I work with him,” said Nancy Kenly, RN, who works with Quinn and nominated him for the award.
